Breathe Through It events are part of Legacies Empowered’s suicide prevention campaign focused on helping people pause, reset, and seek support during difficult moments.

Participants receive mental health resources, prevention education and engage in interactive activities that demonstrate the power of breath as both a calming tool and a reminder that as long as you have breath, you still have the ability to move forward, ask for help, and build your future.
