To ensure that you make the most of your involvement in this program we have prepared a handbook for you and your caregiver to review and sign.

Please be aware that there are places that require both caregiver and youth information. All participants and caregivers are responsible for following the expectations as outlined. Signature is required to participate. We look forward to working with you.
